To protect life and property through the provision of fire and emergency medical services, including but not limited to ambulance service, fire prevention, fire suppression, rescue, management of hazardous materials situations, and any other related public safety services as may be required within the Town of Columbia, Connecticut or in nearby towns, and to provide such services with professionalism, commitment, respect, and integrity.
